What in Green Tea increases endurance and the ability to recover quickly from sore muscles?

a_agnone123 asked:

I was just wondering what in green tea actually increases your endurance and if that ingredient is found in other common foods of drinks, considering that I do not like the taste of green tea no matter what i mix it with. So what i really am looking for in an answer is what is that substance in green tea that helps endurance and recovery and also what an equivalent to it is.

I've tried a few decaff green teas with my Keurig and Timothy's is my fave.

Honestly, I don't drink much tea, so I'm not an expert on the various types. However, I think that this tea is very good. I'd read at least one review that stated that tea from k-cups is pretty weak, but I think that the taste has a nice strength to it. I made three 11.25-oz cups from one single k-cup, and each one came out just fine. The third one was a little weaker tasting, but it was still enjoyable. I'm glad that I bought 50 of these k-cups, as I will be drinking more tea now.

loved it. Our keurig was a gift. This offered a reasonable price for tea so we could use our keurig for more than just company.
Great tea!

I've been drinking this tea at work for about a year. It's light and very tasty. I usually make the tea and then add ice for ice tea. Great! I just bought a Kuerig machine so I definitely will be drinking more of this tea.

I have to admit I was skeptical about tea in the K-cups! To my surprise this makes a wonderful cup of flavorful tea!
