What type of green tea should i buy if it does help? Or do green tea supplements work better? If so, what would be the dosage and how often to take them?

A year ago, I was in the hosipital for 3 days with aventral fibulation. I’m now on several medications including lipitor, cardizem, niaspan, and jantoven.

I really enjoy a bold cup of tea. Why should or shouldn’t I drink green tea?

I read that green tea really boosts your metabolism and is good for your body, but i was wondering if theres a specific brand that is better than the other. I know of snapple, crystal light, 4C, and wawa brand? Are those the same as the natural green tea taht burns calories? Because theyre kind of sugary?

There are now multiple products in the market labeled as containing green tea, by itself and with many combinations.
Which commercial teas actually have the ingredients necessary to give the results expected? which ones are just hyped as being made of or with green tea? which one is the best choice as part of a diet plan?

I was wondering because I have been taking the MegaT green tea diet pills for awhile and am pleased with the results and increased energy. But I was curious to see if drinking the diet green tea would do just the same? And it would save money.

Does green tea speed up your metabolism dramatically? Or just a litttle bit, so small that it’s insignificant? And how many cups should one drink daily?
