I found out that green tea is an amazing drink, but I want to find out more.

I’ve quit drinking coffee about a few months ago and have replaced it with drinking jasmine and green tea – i found that i’m not as "anxious" and "ansy" and it also keeps me more awake. I feel that sometimes i need to depend on tea to give me a little boost – are jasmine tea and green tea good for you? If so, what are the benefits?

I wanna switch from the caffeinated drinks that i’ve on a daily basis to some healthy kindda tea like Green Tea, which would be a good alternative to it, and also not give me caffeine addicted headaches…Thanks!

i have tried many green teas but all of them are golden in colour for example lipton jasmine green tea.
i mean that when green tea is ready to drink it’s colosr is not green but golden,brown.so i want to now that how to make a green tea in green colour and please also mention the name of the manufacturar of the tea.for example lipton jasmine green tea,dilmah and etc.Thanks!!

And does it help you sleep ? :] I drink enough water, but I am thinking about subsituting a glass of water for a cup of green tea at night. Will this make any difference? And why does green tea come up so often in weight loss?

Is green tea good for you when you are sick? Like when you have a cold? Somebody is telling me that chamille tea is way better.

Basically I just wanna know if the green tea in the bottle is just as good for you as making the green tea yourself at home? I am just thinking of news ways to try and trim a few pounds before going to Vegas this June. Any tips or advice would be great!
