What is green tea do and what is it good for?
I love sweetened black tea, but would like to start drinking green tea. Can I use green tea for sun tea? How do I do it?
I know its green tea because I ask them, but it has a distinct flavor that is much different than the green teas that I have at home. I’ve been to a couple different places and the tea is the same, any suggestions?

I am considering starting a 2-3 drink a day of self brewed green tea. I want to know if I should stick with the mandarin orange premium pyramids I currently have, or go to drinking the 100% natural stuff they offer.
I was considering buying a more expensive imported tea, but I wanted to ask if it is truely worth it over the two Lipton teas stated before. I was thinking maybe buying a bit of the good tea for a treat of better tea every once in a while if it isn’t a dramatic difference between Lipton and true green tea.
Thanks for any and all help you can provide me with.
Also, is there a certain brand that is better or more potent? I just buy Bigelow Green Tea from the supermarket. Thanks!

I’ve been trying all many types of japanese green tea (Sencha, Konach, Matcha, etc) and they look way greener and taste very differently than the other one like Lipton green tea, it looked darker and taste bitter, although they’re all from the same plant Camellia Senisis?
I have been drinking green tea for 2 months and all I can feel is my metabolism speeding up. I have been drinking Celestial Seasoning green tea the whole time. Is this real green tea or not? Just wondering.
