I am currently dieting and I was recommended to drink green tea on a daily basis to aid weight loss
However I cannot stomach the taste of regular green tea (even with honey in), so I found a vanilla infused green tea which is nice
My question is, will the fact that is has vanilla in take away the benefits of green tea and is it ok to drink on a diet?

I wanted to add Mega T, gren tea pills to my diet and exercise regimine. Have you or anyone you know ever used green tea pills for weight lost and how did it work for?
I would like to have a powdered green tea mix to bring to work, and fill up with the water cooler at work. But I don’t want a really sugary mix, and I want to watch my health.
When i was little i used to have pretty bad acne… im 16 now, but i have few blemishes left on my face and every now and then i get another… zit…i know green tea helps alot and i have found some homemade paste? made from green tea sugar and honey.. but is there any other good suggestions to help me with my blemishes?
I have extremely heavy periods that come along with terrible cramps. I read online that green tea can help with cramps and heavy bleeding, but then I read on a different site that green tea is bad because of caffeine. Does green tea benefit periods or make them worse?
I drink green tea twice a day. I know that green tea does have little caffeine in it.
