I need personal experience from anyone who has actually lost weight due to green tea. OR anyone who just knows the good benefits from it.
Thanks!
OKay..I’m not fat. and i don’t eat big macs, or fried chicken. I just want to be healthier and feel better about myself.

Green tea doesn’t acctually shed pounds for you, but it speeds up your metabolism which will make food easier to burn off. If you drink green tea daily, lessen your normal portion sizes, eat less fat, & work out then you will see huge results within a few weeks. good luck =)
Only if you replace the big mac with a cup of tea. If you are drinking green tea, it will not miraculously metabolize a bucket of fried chicken. It’s tea, not magic.
if you drink it to replace a milkshake, then yes. but if you eat a big mac and then drink tea, you will still gain the weight from the burger.
Green tea is known for being a great antioxidant, helping to speed up the metabolism (which helps assist you in losing weight), and many other things.
The big thing to note is that drinking green tea itself isn’t going to make you achieve the body you always wanted. With proper diet and exercise it can help speed up your metabolism.
If you are interested in supplements, I would look into Blue Green Algae supplements which helps keep your blood sugar level and helps if you have cravings.
Green Tea Leaf May Help with Metabolic Syndrome X.
Metabolic Syndrome X is the term used to describe a group of heart disease risk factors, including high levels of abdominal fat, bad cholesterol, high blood pressure, and abnormal glucose metabolism. The syndrome, also known as Insulin Resistance Syndrome, is thought to run in families with a history of type 2 diabetes. It is a syndrome that can kill.
Excessive caloric intake is thought to be one of the root causes. Consequently, physicians have prescribed weight loss, exercise and a healthy diet to combat it. A new weapon might eventually be added to the arsenal: consumption of Tegreen, a tea polyphenols product containing in excess of 65 percent tea catechins, derived from the green tea leaf. The results of a new animal model study reveal the benefits of Tegreen in improving lipid and glucose metabolisms, enhancing insulin sensitivity, and balancing the metabolic rate of fat deposit and fat burning.
