I keep seeing the health benefits of green tea.
I believe most of these studies are done in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, where green tea is prevelent.
However, I mostly drink black tea.
How does the fermentation of tea affect the antioxidant levels, and other phytochemicals?

Information: Cherry Blossom green tea is fresh and smooth with reasonable depth and body. The cherry flavoring and subtle rose hints give the tea a wonderful character. During the spring time Kyoto is ablaze with the new season cherry blossoms and the air is filled with sweet aroma. (The rose petals in this blend are intended to simulate these deli

I am just starting to drink green tea because I keep hearing how healthy it is, which I havent been the past few years. I hear about 5 or 6 cups is the amount for maximum benefits, but that seems to mildly upset my stomache. Does anyone know if starting off drinking too much green tea is bad? Thanks.
Oh, and PLEASE no silly answers.

I wanna lose some weight, not a lot just like 5-10 pounds. If I drink Arizona green tea (Red Apple) will the tea still work for the weight or no?
If its not good, where could I buy the good kind? Whats it called?

I love lipton's green tea. Do you have a special way of making good green tea?
I don't know why but I love tea in the summer and not in the winter. How about you?

I want to drink Green tea because it has so many health benefits. I have never drank tea, coffee, hot chocolate, or any other hot liquid, so it's hard for me to adjust. I get grossed out by the taste, and I don't like the fact that it's hot. Is there a way to make it taste better, other than milk, sugar, and honey? Also, is the cold Lipton Green tea you can buy at the convenience store just as healthy?

I have recently started drinking green tea daily because I read it was an excellent way to boost your metabolism; however, I haven't been able to find anywhere how much green tea I really need to drink to receive all the benefits.
Can someone help me???

Hi, thanks for taking the time. I'd just like to know what brands of black tea or jasmine green tea is strong enough because i use Lipton and it's no where near strong enough. Does the black tea need to be made with tea leaves or something similar? Oh and this is a secondary question that I'm just curious about; how do the pearl milk tea shops make such strong tea in such a big quantity? That must cost a lot of money. Thanks once again.
