Do different varieties of green tea help you lose weight as well?

I know that green tea promotes weight loss by boosting your metabolism, but is this also true for different kinds of green tea? I mean different flavors of it, like jasmine green tea, or toasted rice green tea (there’s a lot more but these are the only examples I can remember)

Yes, kind of. I’d look at Oolong, which has been used for hundreds of years by the chinese and helps in digestion and speeds up your metabolism. Not to mention the antioxidants
