Does cold green tea from the refrigerator have as much health benefits as brewing?

I’m not too good with brewing tea, and I have never been a tea drinker before, but I did buy a bottle of green tea that is refrigerated after learning of its health benefits. Am I supposed to brew the bottled tea too or can I pour it right out of the bottle?? I want to reap the benefits from it as much as I can.

While cold refrigerated green tea still may have some antioxidant content left, I would think that freshly brewed green tea is the best as you would be able to get the healthy components of the green tea right after it has been unlocked by the hot water.
Nothing that you can buy ready to use is as good as home made. Brewing green tea is pretty easy though. If you can boil water, you can brew tea. If you like POM tea, you are doing fine.
