Since it’s diet and has zero calories that has to mean they took something out of it. So does drinking deit green tea still have the same benifits as drinking the regular?

Artificial sweeteners cause brain tumors in lab rats. Just thought I’d point that out.
You’re far better off brewing from home, thought it’s full of caffeine anyway, not everyone’s idea of healthy.
Yes it does ! Green Tea which is known to contain high amounts of beneficial antioxidant compounds is just as healthy in it’s diet ( No Sugar) form. Some might even say a bit more healthy since you don’t have the extra calories from sweeteners.
The only thing they took out of the green tea to make it diet was the sugar and it was replaced with artificial sweetener. However, brewed green tea will have more benefits than packaged, bottled green teas.
The bottling process causes the tea to loose ALOT of its nuitrients, so i’d DEFFINATELY brew it
ginsing tea is great too!
Yes They jus took out the sugar and added Splenda to it! Don’t worry I asked my Doctor av=bout t and she said it’s the same.
