Does green tea bought in stores have all the health benefits?

I was just wondering if green tea bought in stores, such as Arizona green tea, has all the health benefits that I’ve been reading about. Or do you have to make the tea yourself?

No. The bottled teas don’t provide the same health benefits as the tea you brew yourself. You need to brew your own tea leaves to get all of the antioxidants and health benefits from green tea. I recommend using a tea kettle. I also recommend drinking hot tea instead of iced tea. That causes you to sweat. You sweat the toxins out of your body when you drink hot tea. That has the same effect as exercising or being in a sauna.

I don’t know, but I just had some Lipton Green Tea.
I thought it is watered down. Better to buy some at
a reputable health food store, possibly, and brew it
yourself.

None of the premade teas have the health benefits. You would indeed have to buy the tea leaves and brew them to get the benefits. Also know that each person is different which means that you might not get the same effects that someone else does.
