Green tea has been shown to increase your calories burned by about 15 calories per cup of tea. Not great, but not bad either considering it does help you feel full. Green tea pills I imagine would have the same credentials, unless they amp up the caffeine, which isn’t necessarily a good thing. But yes, in a small way, it can help you loose weight.
I’m not sure about the pills, but I’ve heard that green tea actually does help you lose weight. The tea isn’t the magic cure, but it does help the process.
yes i believe it does and yes it gives you energy
but tea also makes your skin dry
i honestly suggest switching to water being your only beverage
also what helps is adding lemon to your water, no sugar!
the acid helps burn fat
Green tea is an appetite suppressant meaning you won’t eat as much since you already get the partial feeling of being full. That is how people use it well since they don’t go for that extra slice of cake that they would have if they did not feel somewhat full. I would imagine it would do the same for the green tea pills.
Yeah, it works on me because it help me to reduce my appetite and thus, i eat less.
It also help me to burn some calories because its contains EGCG to increase thermogenesis, or heat production, by influencing enzymes in the metabolic process.
Other than that, green tea help to prevent cancers as well. it kills cancer cells without harming healthy tissue. It has also been effective in lowering LDL cholesterol levels, and inhibiting the abnormal formation of blood clots
