——-> Green Tea

A few questions about green tea...

Is it an acquired taste? I'm drinking it but by no means do I love it. So will I eventually like it?

How "good" is it for you? I am drinking it straight with no sugar, sweeteners etc- is that better for you?

And can you just tell me stuff about it...
is it good for " clearing" up skin???
I drink two cups a day- is that enough/ too much?

    Here is one way I like to drink it. Take some brown rice(raw) and toast it in a fry pan. No oil needed. When it begins to pop in the pan, it’s done. Then add it to your green tea with a little sweetener. It makes the tea taste pretty good. You can buy it that way, but it’s pretty expensive. Green tea is suppose to be good for lots of things. I drink it because I like it. BTW, this is sometimes called popcorn tea.

    It isn’t an acquired taste as much as are you brewing it correctly?

    There are countless people who dislike it because it has a “bite.” The only reason it would have a bite is if you are heating the water to boiling point.

    You want the water very warm, but not boiling, or else it will have a biting pungent taste as opposed to a mild delicate flavour.

    It is good for your immune system, but it wouldn’t hurt to put a teaspoon of sugar in if it doesn’t taste up to your par.

    ANY type of hydration clears up skin, so drinking lots of water, tea, coffee, juice, will help clear skin.

    Peace! :)
