There are countless people who dislike it because it has a &quot;bite.&quot;  The only reason it would have a bite is if you are heating the water to boiling point.

You want the water very warm, but not boiling, or else it will have a biting pungent taste as opposed to a mild delicate flavour.

It is good for your immune system, but it wouldn&#039;t hurt to put a teaspoon of sugar in if it doesn&#039;t taste up to your par.

ANY type of hydration clears up skin, so drinking lots of water, tea, coffee, juice, will help clear skin.

		<description>Here is one way I like to drink it. Take some brown rice(raw) and toast it in a fry pan. No oil needed. When it begins to pop in the pan, it&#039;s done. Then add it to your green tea with a little sweetener. It makes the tea taste pretty good. You can buy it that way, but it&#039;s pretty expensive. Green tea is suppose to be good for lots of things. I drink it because I like it. BTW, this is sometimes called popcorn tea.</description>
