Green tea?

A lot was written about the health benefits of the green tea but I cannot find any information regarding the cafeine content. Is it the same as the normal tea?

I had heard that green tea had less than normal tea, and found this information at this website. It would seem that it does, indeed, have less.
green tea is great. drink it in the mornings.
Read the label. It should tell you about the caffeine content.

The info should be on the label as each manufacturer is different. They also offer decaf, but if you get this, get the naturally decaf kind;)
