Green tea and other Chinese herbal products for better health ?

I live close to Chinatown in Chicago and I see alot of herbal type stores.
Everyone says to drink green tea.
What is the best brand or what would I look for ?
Would GNC or Walgreens have the same stuff ?
Anything else that is healthy and good for you with no bad side effects?

Any brand that is natural would be okay, though you may want to expend a bit more money for freshness and taste ^-^
