I’ve read green tea is acidic (most tea does) but since this one is my favorite will it ruin or stain my teeth? same question with Green apple also, prolly have acid since its sour. Will it ruin the teeth? I know apples are natural teeth cleaner but I don’t know about green apples do green apples also considered as a natural teeth cleanser?
