Health Properties of Green Tea

The many beneficial health properties of green tea are still being discovered. The most remarkable are the antioxidant properties. Although it is available in many forms, the use of green tea for weight loss is believed to be one of the greatest natural ‘calorie burning’ finds made by science so far.

The affect on the human metabolism is quite amazing as it actually slows down the process of aging if used over a long period by aiding cell regeneration. With weight loss however, both the laxative effects and anti-oxidant abilities are used to help improve the metabolism. Our body loses more calories because it is speeded up thereby reducing the amount of fat tissue which would normally form.
