There are a ton of things in green tea that are good for you like antioxidants and stuff! I ordered a diet green tea from http://myultragreentea.com and the page lists all of the benefits at the very bottom..
Never tried Vitamin Water’s Rescue Green Tea, but generally green tea is subject to less oxidation and is less processed tea than black tea (or indeed red tea).
It is full of antioxidants that MAY help fight free radicals.
Green Tea contains caffeine at 1/3 the level of a coffee (about 1/2 of regular tea, depending on the brew used and time brewed), however this caffeine is not an intense burst like coffee but a slower released caffeine which avoids the crash you get with intense burts of caffeine when they wear off.
There is a good article here:

Also the BBC has many articles referencing studies which have found Green Tea to cut the risk of cardivascular disease and even helping protect the heart (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/5334836.stm and click on SEE ALSO articles on the right). Cancer is another disease green tea is thought to help.
Hope this helps… Also if you don’t like the taste of green tea, use honey to sweeten.
many reasons
the many metabolic pathways it activates
the increased metabolic rate
the lack of adding fats, salts, sugars or preservatives to your diet
Green tea is full of antioxidents, it increases metabolism, curbs the appitite, lowers cholesterol, regulates blood sugar levels, fights tooth decay, and stimulates the immune system.
Don’t drink any vitamin water. They are a waste of money. Get green tea from another maker.
