As Green Tea obviously has large health benefits, I’ve been drinking it for some time now. But I’ve just noticed that it is starting to make my teeth yellow. How do I prevent this?

Most teas and coffees will have this affect as does any food or drink containing caramel coloring (comes from the dredges of the Wisconsin river of all places). Also as you age – you do get yellower teeth. Go to a dentist and get a whitening done. If you call to compare prices you can generally get one done for $80 – $120. None of the over the counter drugstore products will do what a good dentist can. There’s no way to keep drinking the tea and prevent this effect. But the whitening is amazing and it lasts quite awhile.
bleach your teeth to remove the stain, you can either use something over the counter like whitestrips or go to your dentist and have them make you bleaching trays. Whitening toothpastes and mouthrinses will not help whiten your stained teeth
Try drinking white tea. It tastes very similar to green tea, but the leaf is picked "younger" so it has less color.
Tastes great, still very good for you, and won’t change the coloring of your teeth.
