Brew your tea double strength. If you want it sweet, use simple syrup to sweeten, not just sugar.

Simple syrup: boil equal parts sugar and water until the sugar is dissolved.

green tea isn't any better or worse than regular tea is. It isn't that good or bad for you.
It's a bunch of hype. Starbucks uses concentrates and other pre fab ingredients, like many chain places do.

Iced green tazo frappuccino tea

1/2 cup warm water
1 green tea bag
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 packet sweetener
1 Tbsp Davincis sugar free vanilla syrup, or 2 drops Stevia Sweetleaf vanilla liquid drops
1-1/2 cups crushed ice

You may not be brewing the tea long enough make sure you bring the water to the point just before it boils. This recipe should make it just like Starbucks.
