add sugar or honey you can also add a little milk
Add some honey, or drink it with other teas…and no, it doesn’t help you lose weight, but it keeps you healthy overall. It’s a miracle tea!
Lipton makes green tea flovored with maderine orange, it is good doesn’t take like regular green tea.
i like to add a teaspoon or two to hot green tea . i have never tried it with cold but it might work. i like different flavors of honey to like raspberry. but white tea is good and will help you lose weight if pared with exercise and the nice thing about white tea is they make different flavors pomegranate is good with a tiny bit of honey!!!
mix a little honey with it or buy the already made green tea with honey an ginseng from turkey hill… its very delicious.
you could try a combination of teas.
I personally like green and mint. jasmine is ok, I have never tried it with earl grey, hell that might work.
Try Arizona green tea with honey. If you buy iced tea in a bottle you can heat it up in the microwave
Sugar honey or drink plain grass
lots honey in it
my husband is moroccan and they drink mint green tea practically 5 times a day. but we dont use the bags we use the actual leaves. it is called chinese gunpowder, you can find it in a square green box in any grocery store in the tea section , when you open it up it looks like little black balls. when you add them in boiling water they open up turning into the leaf. but they are very strong so a pinch will do.
add 1/2 inch water to tea pot with a pinch of leaves
boil until leaves open, then drain so it isnt so strong
then fill the tea pot (im talking small tea pot like a 2 cup pot)with water keep the leaves in it, and add a 1/4 teaspoon of dried mint leaves,or fresh.
boil, then add sugar and it is wonderful , the smell plus the taste
