I want to know a good recipe for homemade green tea because I’ve heard that it helps weight loss, is really healthy, etc. Any good recipes?

It’s as easy as making tea. You don’t need a recipe for tea, but if you do need one…
1) Boil some water.
2) Put the teabag or 1 tsp or so of loose green tea in a cup.
3) Pour the hot water overtop.
That’s all…
Buy Lipton Green Tea, the teabags at the store. Heat the water, then dip the bag in the water. This is if you don’t want the manufactured green tea they put in bottles with that awful artificial sweetener. Hope this helps!
Green tea is the only ingredient in "green tea" so to make it at home buy it loose so it doesn’t taste of teabag!
If it’s just for you, put a teaspoon of tea into a infusion ball (a metal ball that clamps shut you use as a tea-bag), and dangle it into hot water for as long as you fancy.
If you use a teapot, warm it through first, put the leaves in the bottom (1tsp per person and one for the pot), then pour it into the cup using a strainer.
Yummy!
This is really simple. Just use the tea without bags .
