How many times a day drinking green tea help to lose weight?

I heard that drinking green tea help to lose weight and cure some diseases, but I do not know how many times a day that I should drink gree tea to reduce putting weight.

The number of times would depend on the strength of the tea.
But what is important is for you to know this
Teas, are diuretics. It means that once you drink tea, you would lose more liquids in your body than from what you drank in, out of your urine. This is why tea is a weight reducer.
And also, teas are basically acidic. Make sure you have a snack, or a light meal before drinking tea.
So as to how many cups you should drink? It’s up to you. Just as long as you do not get dehydrated.
2-3 cups daily
iv heard about this green tea,but iv read loads on it and iv come to the conclusion that its a load of rubbish(i was going to try it)…..but hey give it a try only thing you might loose is money,but if it does work let us all no!!x.x
