how much cups of green tea should i drink?

I will be taking 2 capsules of green tea extract a day of 500mg in each for acne. I was wondering how many cups of green tea i should drink while taking the pills to get rid of it?

A nutritional remedy for acne is this: After the meal of the day containing the most fats or oils, take beta carotene, vitamin C, and natural vitamin E, The best vitamin E is d-alpha tocopheryl acetate. The label should say natural; dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate is synthetic. Mixed tocopheryls aren’t as good.
20 cups a day, that’s how much i drink.
I’d say 2 to 3 cups. And by the way, Seahawks are the best team in the league, even if we didn’t beat you. This is because we don’t hire stupid people that can’t decide whether or not to retire.
