where can we buy the machine to make the matcha green tea ice cream?
They are called icecream machines or churns and you should be able to find them in any of the larger kitchenware shops. They are not very expensive. Alternately you might need to look one up on the net if you live in a small town.
I’ll make this recipe someday. I think the only difficult ingredient to obtain would be the matcha green tea powder.

no, it’s a type of glutinous rice ball, you’ll be able to find these in any korean food store.
