I have read so many times that drinking green tea regularly is good for your health. Is this true? Are there any benefits from everyday consumption?

This is quite wrong to tell people that green tea will help cure diseases, seriously, why not telling people that it cures cancer???
As far as I am concerned, I drink green tea everyday and i really helps me feel good and lose weight. It’s not miraculous but it really speeds your metabolisme and is a good anti-oxydant.
The one I drink also contains many herbs that help me feel better everyday, such as Ganoderma Lucidum Spore powder and Gingko leaf.
And the most extraordinary thing it that I used to have many veins on my legs, and 80% of them have gone, disappeared… I cannot explain that, maybe the detox?
It’s called “allsvelte green tea”, it’s organic and it really tastes good.
