Ok so i got a box of liptons green tea with honey that i have been drinking and its pretty good, recently i started adding a squeezed tangerine juice into it and i like the flavor. Is the liptons green tea with honey healthy? and if i add the tangerine will it still give me the benfits green tea offers?

green tea is good for you, honey in small amounts is good for you, so I can’t see there’s a problem. If you like tangerine juice in the tea, then good for you and you still get all the benefits of green tea!
Is the tea healthy? As healthy as any other mix of green tea and sugar. Presumably you’re not allergic to the chamomile or you’d have noticed by now. I’d reconsider drinking it by the gallon if you have high blood pressure, though, since it includes licorice root in addition to the caffeine.
Will citrus interfere? No. It just changes the taste.
