Is green tea really good for your health?

I have heard great things about green tea
Does it matter what brand you use? I have heard it helps your skin and to lose weight? Can you just buy the kind in supermarket?

it is filled with anti oxidants
and it really does make your skin nice

which helps you loose weight

they’re great
green tea tastes great, and is so calming
