I drink about three cups a day, without sugar or huney. Just green tea. And not like, lipton or anything. I use tea bags. Is this bad for me?

Yes green tea is good for your, your health and hair and nails.
Yes. Green tea is very healthy.
yes, it’s really healthy. Better than any other drink out there, besides water.
Yes
It is supposed to has a lot of antioxidents in it. With all the green tea I drink I ought to be the healthiest person in town – LOL. Can’t stand Lipton and those brand name teas. I like to buy the loose tea and usually buy Earl Grey, Irish Breakfast, or English Breakfast tea. Tea bags are made of the bits and pieces of tea leaves that are left after they make the loose tea, so it’s not that great..
No, absolutely not! Green tea is very healthy for you to drink. The more you drink the better it is for your body. Green tea is beneficial to the health of your body and this is mainly due to the fact that tea contains high levels of antioxidants called polyphenols or flavonoids.
One study that I read about in an article concluded that consuming three cups of tea a day produced a similar amount of antioxidants as eating six apples. Antioxidants help your body fight against free radicals which cause damage to cells and tissues in your body. If you are willing to hear my opinion I would say keep up the good habits of drinking green tea.
Tea bags take out the natural nutrients that are in the tea. 3 cups of tea a day isn’t that bad, and green tea has low levels of caffeine anyways. i think a nice cup of green tea at times is a good thing, but once you start drinking "too" much, it becomes a bad habit like coffee and then your tea drinking habits turn into a bad habit. But drinking green tea is good. Drinking green tea that’s not from tea bags are better. You should go to a tea store and ask. They’ll explain more thoroughly than me.
Well we assumed it was and then hubby ended up with kidney stones…doctor said…DON"T DRINK GREEN TEA…that…"causes kidney stones"..humm….found out the hard way.
