sammi is right …….. liquid will bypass the digestive system and get absorbed directly into your bloodstream ….. less work for your body and more nutritional benefit……….. anything in a pill form could never replace the herb as mother nature intended…… plus you never really do know what else they have added in the way of preservatives, fillers, flavorings etc………. buy yourself some organic loose leaf green tea from your local health food store and brew your own …….. the commercial and tea bag varieties have been processed and pulverised to within an inch of their lives and have little of the essential oils left and could never possibly be of any therapeutic benefit.

Drinking green tea is much more effective. It enters your bloodstream more quickly so your body absorbs more of it. In general, if you have the choice pick the liquid form.
Green Tea is a great beverage, pill, or medication. Read the label and follow the instructions.
