I know green tea is supposed to be really healthy, so I have tried drinking some everyday. However, after I have had the tea for a few days I start to feel nauseated and I throw up. I am not sure if it is because maybe I stopped drinking it for a day and my system revolted or what. This has happened various times, years apart. Is it because of the caffeine? I don’t drink coffee or pop very often so maybe my system isn’t used to the caffeine?
