Should I be drinking Green Tea on an empty stomach or would a full stomach be better?

I’m really wondering about the health effects and would they diminish if i drink the Green Tea on an empty stomach?

There’s no problem drinking green tea on an empty stomach. since it contains less much irritants than coffee. The body will absorb the antioxidants (the substances that make the tea so healthy) faster and more completely than if you drink the tea after a meal.
When you drink green tea with or after a meal, you should try to make sure that the tea is not mixed with dairy products. The casein in milk, cream and cheese will bind the antioxidants in the green tea and render them inactive.
either way.
doesnt matter…
It should not matter, I drink Green Tea (actually, I really like Jasmine Tea. It looks similar, but the taste is far superior); and I do not have an issue with drinking it on an empty stomach.
it doesn’t matter
Green Tea is really good for you, so either way it will give u a great caffiene boost without the gross affects of coffee
Either, just not with milk. milk has been shown to denature the antioxidants in green tea. Any tea for that matter. Tea is better for your health without milk (like how english people drink it instead of coffee but with milk. no good.)
the nutrients of green tea will be absorbed in your body either way. on a full stomach or on an empty one.
