Recently I’ve been drinking lots of green tea with honey. My acne seems to have gotten worse and I was wondering if its possible that the green tea and honey is cleansing my body of impurities? I know green tea is an anti-oxident and I’ve read that honey has some anti-bacterial qualities.

I try to exercise everyday in order to increase my metabolism, and I recently read that drinking green tea may be beneficial for my metabolism too. The problem is that I try to consume as little caffeine as possible, as it gives me acne. I don’t have access to caffeine free green tea for the moment (because I am abroad and I couldnt find it nor get information).
