I'm always stopping at gas stations to get something to drink and most of the time it's green tea. I usually get the standard Lipton Green Tea in the soda-looking bottles. But I also noticed Lipton Natural Leaf, Arizona Tea (Green), and many others. Which green teas (not only the preceding, all gas station green teas) would be the best choice to get the most nutritional benefits?

Also, I've heard it speeds up your metabolism, but if I drink like one bottle of Arizona green tea a day will this really have an effect on my metabolism at all? I don't really need a faster one, because I'm super tiny and have a good metabolism as it is..but I do love the stuff!
