Is there more acid in coffee than in green tea? Both have caffine. So what is the difference? Eat right 4 your blood type says drink green tea and not coffee.
I need to lose weight and people urge me to start drinking green tea instead of my daily coffee. I dont like the taste of it and i was wondering about the others. Do they do the same with metabolisim or which one is more beneficial to diet?

I began drinking green tea instead of coffee a few years ago, and suddenly after drinking the cup, I was nauseous and threw up. This happened three different times ,and the only factors that were the same were the green tea. I found out my father has the same reaction to the stuff. I am wondering what ingredient in the tea I could be allergic to, because green tea has such great health benefits, I would love to be able to enjoy it. Thanks!
I drink a lot of green tea and grey tea. Is it as bad as coffee? And is there something bad about drinking specifically green tea? I've heard myths about it making you infertile.
Hi I recently got to try the green tea frappucino in starbucks and I absolutely loved it. However starbucks is too expensive and I want to give it a try at home.

I've currently revamped my whole lifestyle when I deployed to Afghanistan with the Army. I've got nothing to do here, so i'm focusing more on my health and fitness while I am here. Besides my new work out regimen, i'm trying to stop drinking soda, coffee and anything with sugar. So my question is, is Green Tea a healthy choice or should I just continue drinking water only?
I've quit drinking coffee about a few months ago and have replaced it with drinking jasmine and green tea - i found that i'm not as "anxious" and "ansy" and it also keeps me more awake. I feel that sometimes i need to depend on tea to give me a little boost - are jasmine tea and green tea good for you? If so, what are the benefits?
