I was reading the yahoo health article which spoke of the many benefits of green tea. But I also know there are a lot of scams going on about health foods.

Looking for green tea to help speed up metabolism, preferably in pill form, and would like to know the safest and best performace green tea brand. Webistes with information is greatly appreciated.

I've read green tea is acidic (most tea does) but since this one is my favorite will it ruin or stain my teeth? same question with Green apple also, prolly have acid since its sour.
