I drink at least 2 cups of green tea every day, is woo-long the same thing? do they have the same effects?

I’m thinking of another type of ice cream to compliment the green tea ice cream I just made. I know vanilla and blackberry would go great, any other ideas?

I am trying to lose a few pounds, and I heard drinking lots of green tea or water can make u lose weight. Which one works best though, and how much should I be drinking a day? Please help, Thanks!

I am just curious how much green tea should you drink to lose weight and does it matter if it is decaf or if it has caffiene? Does it matter if its hot or cold ice tea?

I’ve been drinking green tea for several months, brewed from leaves in 80 degree water for five minutes.

After some research I haven’t been able to find anything to verify the feeling that after drinking a cup of the tea for an hour or two I have a sweet taste on the back of my tongue.

I wonder, could it be that the green tea somehow restores my sense of taste from frequent smoking? I don’t sweeten the tea and so I’m thoroughly flummoxed.

i workout 5 days a week ….i am not overweight but still got some body fat around my belly. i just happened to loose 20lbs. now i am working on to get some muscles. i just started having green tea and dont know the best time to have it. Some help!!
like if it is more effective before workout or after. or somewhere around having meals.

I brewed a mug of green tea this morning and added 2 teaspoons of this gross tonic I have to take because I’m ill. All it is is vitamins and minerals in nasty syrup stuff.

Anyway, it turned my tea a weird opaque liquorice black-purple colour. It doesn’t taste of much, except the tonic, but I’m wondering if this has any adverse effects on the tea or if anyone knows what’s going on?

How much weight could i lose drinking green tea? in a peroid of time?

I’m planing on starting to drink green tea, because ive heard it helps lose weight.
Is there a certain tea you have to drink or will green tea be ok?
And how many cups of it do i have to drink it a day?
A good diet, and a good exercise is also added to what i plan on doing.
