Do you have first hand experiance with Green tea?

I want to know if its worth adding it to my list of bevs that will lead to a healthy menu. And going off coffee.

I want to drink green tea but its just so bitter! I have the cheap kind so of course its not going to taste good but i was hoping there was a way to make it taste better so i don't have to waste it. I tried honey and sugar, but it didn't work; any other ideas?

Green tea tends to make me feel a little quesy. Any recommendations? Thanks.
To the persons who answer water, I drink over 64 oz of water a day. I should be more specific in that with my meals and snacks I like to have hot tea but green tea, being the one most recommended by nutritionists, etc...

How long after drinking green tea does it take to be digested with no other food in your stomach?

I drink about three cups a day, without sugar or huney. Just green tea. And not like, lipton or anything. I use tea bags. Is this bad for me?

I know green tea is supposed to be really healthy, so I have tried drinking some everyday. However, after I have had the tea for a few days I start to feel nauseated and I throw up. I am not sure if it is because maybe I stopped drinking it for a day and my system revolted or what. This has happened various times, years apart. Is it because of the caffeine? I don't drink coffee or pop very often so maybe my system isn't used to the caffeine?

I've heard that drinking green tea is healthy, but I've been wondering... does the store-brand bagged tea have the same benefits as the loose-leaf variety?
