It’s scientifically proven that green tea hightens metabolism & burns calories.

I sit in my office and drink green tea all day long. Is that bad?

I am eating healthy and am on a well balanced diet, but want to drink Green Tea as well because of all of its benefits, and to help boost my metabolism to burn a little fat. Approximately how much unsweetened Green Tea should I consume in order to see the effects of its health benefits?

I’m trying to loose weight and heard green tea could help me along the way. I was wondering how many cups I should drink a day, and how I should take it. I always use skim milk anyways, so I don’t think there’s a problem there, but how much sugar is too much sugar? (I’ve tried substitute sugar like splenda before, and didn’t like it, but if something small like just sugar in my tea is really too much I’ll try to learn to like it.)

ok my parents force me to drink tea every night after dinner and they force me to eat chocolate with it, but i dont want to eat it. what should i eat with my cup of hot green tea?
dont say fruits or nuts or anything like that. i need some healthy dessert type food. with as little sugar as possible. thanks!

It’s hard to get a hold of fresh green tea leaves to brew for myself, and the only way I can drink it is through bottled green teas. Will I still get the same benefits?

I tried it a while back from the official ultra lean green tea site with the free trial but it wont let me sign up again because ive already tried and cancelled the trial. Do they sell it on any other sites? I cancelled because I thought I could find a cheaper price somewhere else but I havent been able to find it!

I want to know a store in Philadelphia where they sell powdered green tea (like the one they use at Starbucks for the green tea latte). Where can I find it? (I want it to be in the Phialdelphia area)

I have looked in all of the large chain grocery stores (WalMart, Kroger, Publix) for Nestea Peach Green Tea (not diet) in a 12-bottle package. All they usually have is the citrus variety. Has anyone seen it elsewhere, hopefully in the Northeast Atlanta area? I’d buy it online if I could find it!

I checked the Nestea site and it is still in their product line.
