I like green tea and know it's very beneficial on your health, provides lots of nutrients. I heard though that it's very bad for your teeth.. I thought maybe if I only drink it once in a while, it wouldn't affect my teeth. So my question is: Is it worth drinking the tea to get the nutrients but risk having bad teeth? And again, if so how often should I drink it?
Thank you
No worries, I use the decaf

I've found some green tea ice cream recipes that are good, but would really like one with a citrus spin to it. Not having much luck searching the net.

I would like to make my own green tea ice cream with matcha powder and vanilla ice cream but I can't find the specific amount to add to a specific amount of ice cream. Some people say to experiment but I have no idea where to start!!

Okay, im 15 and im trying to loose about 10 pounds. I've changed my diet, I eat a grapefruit a day, and I've really cut down on the junk food.
I've also started drinking 3 cups of hot green tea a day, all between 3 pm and 8 pm. Will this make a noticeable difference in my weight?
Anything else I can do? Like green tea and grapefrfuit helps you loose weight, any other foods?

I have hypothyroidism, and I found out that green tea has high levels of fluoride in it, which should be avoided if a person has hypothyroidism. Does anyone know a brand that has low levels? Thanks. Also, does anyone know other foods/drinks to boost my metabolism?

I have severe facial redness and have heard that green tea is very beneficial. I want to make a green tea moisturizer but all the recipes I've looked at are complicated and contain things like beeswax, which I don't think I want to put on my face. Can I make a more simple version with just some brewed tea and regular unscented lotion? Thanks for the input!

I went to Hong Kong about 6 months ago, and they served us Whiskey with Green tea at the bar, it was really tasty couldn't taste too much alcohol like drinking a shot. Has anyone tried those before and do you know if they add sugar in it?
