I have extremely heavy periods that come along with terrible cramps. I read online that green tea can help with cramps and heavy bleeding, but then I read on a different site that green tea is bad because of caffeine. Does green tea benefit periods or make them worse?

I drink green tea twice a day. I know that green tea does have little caffeine in it.
I just realized that I am pregnant. Will green tea harm my baby? Please let me know.

It seems easier than having to drink cup after cup of green tea – plus, you won’t taste the ground up tea leaves if you sprinkle it in with spaghetti sauce or something….? Are the health benefits the same as having them steeped? If you have an answer, what is your source? Thanks!

This is basically the question, if I drink green tea 3 times a day, how much quicker will I get it? I have all the puberty things; hair, breasts etc, so how much quicker?
Also, what are other ways to make my period come faster?

Can I apply it in the mornings after using the Oil-Free 15spf mositurizer or is that too much and should I just use the green tea moisturizer on its own?
Also can I use just normal sun-screen instead of the proactiv sunscreen?

I’m looking for healthy green tea, (That tastes good also). Please, do not say arizona. I’ve looked at it, and its just packed with sugar. I want something natural and healthy. Where can I get it? Would lipton green tea work? Or should I get a Chinese green tea, and again where?
