I like green tea and know it’s very beneficial on your health, provides lots of nutrients. I heard though that it’s very bad for your teeth.. I thought maybe if I only drink it once in a while, it wouldn’t affect my teeth. So my question is: Is it worth drinking the tea to get the nutrients but risk having bad teeth? And again, if so how often should I drink it?
I have been reading how wonderful green tea is for your health, but I have a horrible time drinking it. I think it tastes horrible! I love Starbuck’s green Tazo Tea, but have purchased Tazo teabags and really have trouble drinking it. Any suggestions would really be appreciated!!
I just bought some Green Tea from Quick Trip out of the fountain drink section. It said Green Apple on the lable. Is this Green Tea as healthy as the bottled green tea or am I really not doing anything different as far as health wise?
