When I make iced green tea I steep 3-4 bags in a pitcher of cold water in the fridge for about an hour. I know this brand normally has about 40mg caffeine per cup when steeped hot for ~4 min. How does the difference in preparation affect the caffeine in the end product, if at all?

I hate to eat or drink anything hot. I don’t eat soup because it’s hot, I only drink iced capuccino.
Hot can I prepare iced green tea with the little packages?

Every time I go to Starbucks, I order an iced green tea. It’s so good for you! But when I attempt to make it at home, it is not nearly as smooth. What is a good and easy method to making a smooth iced green tea that actually has some substance/flavor? Mine usually comes out flavorless.

I made 2 quarts of iced green tea from scratch a couple of days ago, and I was wondering how long it will stay fresh if it is kept in the fridge.

My co-worker and I had susi for lunch and she had two glasses of iced green tea. She has to go to the bathroom every two mins. She says it does not hurt but only goes a little bit each time. What’s going on with her?? She also got all red and flushed.

I like green tea a little, but I don’t think I like the actual stuff. I enjoy the Liption Iced kind, and the Arizona Iced Green Tea. One time, I got a green tea latte from Starbucks, and I thought it tasted like vegetables. Is it any good? Does it have a bitter taste? Do you like it?

I am talking about the manufactured and processed green tea products such as lipt*n, ar*zona, s*be, etc in contrast to the tea-bag hot green tea.
Do both hot and iced green tea have all the same effect and ingredient including the caffeine and nutrients that green tea leaves normally have, except the temperature of liquid?
