I know green tea is very good for you, but I can’t always have the time to brew the stuff, is the Lipton or 4 Seasons instant green tea just as good?

I drink about three cups a day, without sugar or huney. Just green tea. And not like, lipton or anything. I use tea bags. Is this bad for me?

When i say best, i mean most healthiest. Lipton, Arizona, etc. ? If you know both hot tea bags and just regular refrigerated green tea, that would be helpful too!

I am looking for a brand of Green Tea that is not expensive and is all natural. I heard lipton is good, but then I also hear it was bad. There are a lot of brands to choose from, so someone please tell the ones that most healthiest for me.

I hate brewing tea because I like drinking cold green tea after I work out so I just started putting a green tea bag in a water bottle and letting it sit in the fridge until I finish working out. Does it have the same effect if I brew it or not? I use lipton but sometimes I use a korean brand.

If you drink Lipton’s Green Tea will it help you lose weight? In the nutrition facts on the box it says it contains caffine & potassium. Is that good?
