I have been doing this diet for a few months now. I eat tea leaves. I take tea supplements. Outside of those 2 rules, the rest you just make up as you go (I have tried a few different things in addition to taking the tea and the things that I have been doing for a while I detailed in this video) I will probably never completely get off this diet because it works so well for me. I do eliptical 30 min 3 times aweek and started green tea 2-3 cups with 1/4 teaspoon splenda daily.Is this sufficient to lose weight or should i increase.And also i want to know will it increase caffeine level and cause problem.

So far I’ve been drinking three cups a day but I’m not sure if that’s the right amount. I’ve also been exercising for an hour everyday too to get good results and I didn’t want to depend only on the green tea to help me lose weight. Please answer and thanks!
