I have been eating really healthy, mainly fruits and vegetables and I exercise for about 1-2 hours per day. I drink about 3 cups of green tea a day but I didn’t know if it was enough. I bring my green tea with no sugar, honey or anything added to it. How much does each cup boost your metabolism? And to be really effective, how many cups should I be drinking?
