Ive herd from a lot of people that drinking green tea helps boost your metabolism but i was wondering if taking the pills (Ex.Ultra green tea) would be better then drinking it

I will be taking 2 capsules of green tea extract a day of 500mg in each for acne. I was wondering how many cups of green tea i should drink while taking the pills to get rid of it?
BTW: The Vikings are the best team in the NFL!
