What is the best kind of Green Tea to buy and where do I get it from?
I need something to supplement my weight loss regimen of eating healthy and exercising but I want something natural to help boost my metabolism and energy levels. I was told that green tea would definitely do the trick but I need to know which brand of green tea works the best and where I can buy it.
By the way I live in Detroit, Michigan. Walmart, Meijers, CVS, Walgreens?

Any natural brand. Green tea will not make you loose weight or boost your metabolism though, long term studies show that it cold aid with a lil boost in metabolism, but it will not perform miracles.
I’m over at the other end of the world, so i cant advise u exactly where to get the tea from. But here’s my 2 cents worth:
Dont get tea bags. Get powdered green tea (in a tin). That way, you can gauge the amount of green tea u get. More tea in less water.etc…thats what i do.
I’m drinking Matcha. It’s supposedly better, more nutritious and the best pickings, than the usual green tea. I forked out about $60 for a little tin and it lasts about 3-4 months if u drink daily.
I heard the same thing, and have been drinking green tea for the last couple weeks. It definitely helps keep me going during the day.
Look for anything that’s sugar free, has vitamin C, and talks about antioxidants on the label.
I’ve found powered mixes to be the cheapest and best tasting. My current favorite is 4C Totally Light Green Tea w/ Honey & Natural Lemon Flavor mix.
I’m in Virginia, and it is available at most of the grocery stores around here.
Best of luck!
the liption green tea is good and you can find it at food 4 less
Any natural brand of green tea that isn’t loaded with sugar. If you can, use green tea bags and make your own. If you prefer cold tea over hot tea, you can still use the tea bags to make it. Just boil enough water to fill a pitcher, then while its hot, add tea bags and let it steep. Once its cooled down a little, pour in a pitcher and store in the fridge. Then you have iced, green tea. Or if you’re on the go, snapple green tea, seems to be one that has less sugar than others. Cause that is the main thing to look for, how much sugar is added. I love green tea and its very good for you, good luck!
If you are looking for a good quality product, with most of the impurities removed, your best bet may be Body Ecology Green Tea concentrate.
As per their product details, they have undetectable levels of Fluoride and heavy metals. Fluoride can be problematic for proper thyroid gland functioning and green tea is one of the products that has high levels of it after the tap water, making it a double whammy!
I will be cautious in consuming Chinese food products which do not go through rigorous independent third party testing to verify their purity standards.
