What is the correct dosage for green tea pro supplements made by tealifellc.com?

Thanks, I had the insert that said what time of the day to take them and I threw it away. The bottle just says take twice daily.

The bottle really should say by FDA regulations. If it doesn’t or you can’t find it, I would call the company and ask to be on the safe side. Straight from the horse’s mouth would be the best source instead of hearsay. Normally, it’s 1-2 pills a day depending on the formula, but they would be the best ones to say what their formula should be. Good luck and I hope I helped!
