What is the maximum times a week that you can drink green tea? Is there a limit?

So I recently started drinking green tea, and I find it REALLY good. But I was wondering, are there any negative aspects of drinking it everyday?

6 a day
Don’t drink tea around mealtimes if you have problems with anemia and get most of your iron from meat – tea will bind to the iron in meat and make it unavailable to the body. If you use extremely low quality tea, there is a small risk of fluorosis if you drink 30+ cups per day – so small as to not be worth mentioning except that there was one case involving instant tea and well water with three times normal fluoride levels.
Other than that, the limit is how much you can drink and go to bed on time. I’m rather sensitive to caffeine, so I would recommend staying below 15 cups per day, but it’s really up to you.
P.S. What type of tea? I’m always interested in recommendations.
My mom and I would regurally drink green tea oncea week. It really helps your skin and I don’t have anything wrong with me!
